Creating a doll on a pedestal is an interesting technique that can be useful in many other Waldorf dollmaking applications! This beautiful 11" doll is created on a weighted, wooden doll stand, which is eventually covered by a muslin petticoat. The illustrated instructional booklet has color photos, diagrams and full-size patterns. This project requires a basic knowledge of sewing and a moderate dollmaking skill level. The result is truly wonderful!

Keep an accurate count of fairy sightings (or their evidence) on a nature walk or the number of Tooth Fairy visits using either of these attractive and clever counting charms! The beads are strung in such a way that they can be moved up and down the cords independently, one at a time. The other beads in line won’t slip or move until you move them, so you can keep an accurate accounting! Tiny Butterfly-Style Fairy Wings
