Our on-line store has a shopping cart feature.  This makes ordering FAST and easy through PayPal.  As you browse our pages, add items to your shopping cart, even if you don't plan to place your order online.

When you're ready to check out, choose one of the following:

Procedures & Payment Options

1.)  To pay by check or money order:  Write out a copy of your shopping cart page.  You may call in your order and follow up with a check or money order made payable to The Silver Penny.  Or send a copy of your shopping cart page with payment to: The Silver Penny, 18 Star Road, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107.

2.)  To pay by credit or debit card: Credit cards are accepted through the secure, online Paypal payment service only(We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.) To place an order online, fill out your shopping cart, click on the "Check Out" button and follow the procedure to complete your payment.  The first time you use Paypal, you will have the choice to register or you may make an "instant payment" in which setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.  Whichever you decide, credit card payments are quick and easy.  (Note: If you use a debit card, your order will not be shipped until your payment clears the bank, which is usually 3-4 business days.)

About Shipping Fees:

Unlike websites that offer “free” shipping by hiding these costs in the products, we choose to keep our prices very low and be more open about shipping costs.  We offer many of our own products, and other unique items not found on other websites, and want to keep the prices affordable and transparent to our customers.  Thank you.

If you are using a credit or debit card: The PayPal shopping cart is set up to add your shipping fee as you check out based on your total.

International Shipments
When will my order arrive? Currently, most orders are being shipped Priority 
Mail every day (except Sunday) and should arrive within 3-4 business days.* 

If you place an order for a customized Tooth Fairy Bag, it must be handcrafted and usually ships within 2-4 business days.

*Exception: If you use a debit card, your order will be held until your payment clears, 
which is usually 3-4 business days.
