An adorable, six-sided fairy house with a door, four windows and a hinged roof!This is one of our quickest and easiest Wee Folk Dwelling to create, taking approximately 5-8 hours to complete. Although we don’t recommend it as a first project, even beginners with basic sewing machine experience can produce a professional result. A zigzag sewing machine is required to complete this project. The completed Fairy Hut is recommended for ages 3 and older.

Enchanted Fairy Cottage Pattern

It also has a door curtain with tie backs that can be closed for privacy and a hammock that can be hung outdoor or inside! It's surprisingly easy and fun to sew! Needle Felted Mushroom Fairy House Pattern

This unique mushroom has a hollow stem, which provides just the right space for a tiny fairy to live quite comfortably. The curved doorway is approximately 4½" tall. The whole house is constructed of wool fleece and dry felted, using the needle felting technique (no sewing required). The completed house is amazingly strong because the wool is felted directly to a stiff interfacing, which provides a sturdy, durable structure!
