Free Shipping in the U.S. on orders with merchandise totaling $350 or more, after discounts and excluding shipping. (We reserve the right to send package in most economical fashion. Heavy orders will be shipped UPS and book orders will be shipped Media Mail and may take 10-14 business days to be delivered.) Shipping fee is reimbursed after sale is completed.
Setting Up an Account: If you would like to set up a billing plan with terms of 30 days, you must:
1.) Have made purchases with us more than once.
2.) Prepay first two orders by check or credit card using our PayPal online payment service.
3.) Send the following information by e-mail or letter:

Name of Contact Person
Mailing Address
Phone Number
Dates of when your School is in session
Payment Information: Credit card or Checking Account info.
4.) Agree to the following terms: Bills must be paid within 30 days or a late fee of 3% of the outstanding balance will be assessed for each 30 day period it is overdue.
5.) The Silver Penny reserves the right to close an established account and require prepayment of orders if the account holder violates any of these policies or demonstrates an habitual lateness in settling their account.
